Selections Shutters, Blinds & Custom Drapery will always service products we supplied for your projects and many of the locations will provide repair service on other window coverings. It should be noted that while we distribute all major national brands of window coverings there may be times when we will not be able to repair your product or acquire the parts required. There are times when parts are simply not readily available.
Your first choice should usually be to go to the place that supplied the product. Any reputable outlet will service the products they sell. If you do not know where the product came from please contact us or bring your product into one of our locations. We will do our very best to help resolve any issues that may arise. It should be noted that most warranties only cover the original purchaser of the product in the original installation, and the original receipt may be required for warranty service. If you need service on window coverings that were in a home when you bought the home there may not be a warranty. Selections will do their very best to help you with any problems.
Charges for repair service can vary greatly, and costs are generally set by the manufacturer of your particular product. We are happy to quote any repair charges before hand, but there are times accurate costs will only be available after examining your window treatments.
