Most products distributed by Selections Shutters, Blinds & Custom Drapery are covered by manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranties. Some products such as motorized systems and commercial blinds have more limited warranties. Still others limit what exactly is covered. Cords, finishes, normal wear and tear are just some of the things that are often not covered by warranties. We are happy to help you ascertain what is covered by warranties, and even if your issue is not covered we are here to help you keep your window coverings working properly and looking beautiful.
We are happy to explain and supply written warranties on any product we supply. It is best to acquire and save this warranty information with your original contract or purchase agreement. Some manufacturers require a copy of this original agreement before they provide service. Selections is always happy to help. If you have any issues on products we provided you should contact the location you work with, and you will find that they will be sure your product is serviced. If you cannot find your original purchase agreement contact us, and we will do our best to look up the information required.
